AJ.PLUSPaul, Alan mentioned "focused on email outreach" in response to the question about adding Multi-channel outreach. I've been tracking these type of replies to long to know that just means, yes we will have it, but it's going to be a crapshoot if LTD users get it or not. Now does that cripple the application as it is now? It 100% does not. You can get it and use it fine as is.
