Really good! Work fantastic!

Really easy to use. There were some minor issues that were not related to ReachInbox but to Zoho mail. For example I did not see my incoming emails in OneBox but that was because the name of the Inbox in Zoho was not "Inbox" but something else, they changed that and then it worked! Another thing that did not work out of the box was the unsubscribe header because Zoho did not support that, but I can have the manual button in my email. The response from support was very fast and solved both things very quickly. It's really easy to set up multiple campaigns and use variables in your emails. Tested it and have no issues.

Breaking the Negative Reviews, Why ReachInbox Works Perfectly for Me?

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews about Reach Inbox lately. I’ve been using the higher-tier plan, and everything has been working perfectly for me, no issues at all. I saw someone gave it one star because they said the support isn’t good, but honestly, their customer support has been excellent.

The tool itself is fantastic. It’s affordable and has features like sub-sequences, which I was specifically looking for. Their warm-up system works great, and the AI features are spot on. I really can’t figure out why there are so many one-star reviews.

I’m very happy with Reach Inbox. Their roadmap is impressive, they’re rolling out new features quickly. In fact, a couple of features I wanted were already on their roadmap when I checked.

For me, this tool deserves more than five stars.

Maybe the best Appsumo Deal I've ever purchased

I agree with SalesCampaigns below. I'm blown away with some of these bad reviews.

It's clear to me most of them don't know the proper rules of cold email- list cleaning, warming up, proper email providers (check out zapmail btw, real happy with them), etc.

This is a KILLER deal and product. It was a little slower in the beginning, but since then, there have been massive updates to the product and infrastructure and it's cool to see it continue to grow.

The founders and support staff are responsive and helpful. I don't know my exact ROI for this tool, but it's easily 1,000%+.

Really odd to see so many negative reviews | Great first impression.

When reading the reviews, i was really wondering what kind of shitty product this must be. But, after stacking four codes, I must say that everything seems to work decently. I haven't experienced any bugs compared to other mail automation platforms that I've used.

Although I have only ran some test campaigns, I must say that the interface is very intuitive and all the needed options are there. Concerning email warm-up, this is and stays a great mimick, no one really knows if it works and what not.

I believe that as long as you do small-scale, highly personalised, outreach, that this seems like a really great tool. I have just activated one of my clients through Reachinbox and will see where it takes us. The test campaign results were decent and replies were fetched accordingly (using SMTP/IMAP protocols). To me, that, along with deliverability, is all that counts.

Blasting 10.000s of emails will indeed not work, but that wouldn't work with any tool...

A small improvement point that i saw until now: White Labeling -> there is a lot of Reachinbox promotion still there (login, de demo stepper when first signing up, the header of the tab, etc). Would be great if this could be further improved.
