I'm not saying this isn't robust, however, the way it is setup is simple.
The Onebox feature is a nice touch making managing responses easier to manage from multiple email accounts.
It has a smooth step by step UI process which is intuitive.
So far, looks like a great alternative to Instantly, which is expensive.
