Hi John, Subject: Request for Refund of Duplicate Payment for “Founders Club - Annual” Subscription I trust this message finds you well. I've tried reaching out to support via the chatbot and email but it seems i'm getting automated reply. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered with my subscription to your “Founders Club - Annual” service and to request your assistance in resolving it. On the 11th of August 2023, I made a payment of $120 for the aforementioned subscription However, upon further review of my account, I discovered that I already have an active subscription for the same service which started on the 6th of May 2023 and is due for renewal on the 5th of May 2024. This duplicate payment was an oversight on my part, precipitated by the fact that I saw the marketing banner on the screen. Consequently, I was under the impression that I had not yet subscribed for the Founders Club, hence the additional payment. In light of this, I would like to request a refund for the duplicate payment made on the 11th of August 2023. I believe this is a fair solution considering the circumstances, and I hope you agree.
