I don't usually leave reviews, but i felt like I had to with this one so that the creators understand some areas to focus on and hopefully make this a better product. For now, I believe I'm going to request a refund as I don't see a way I can use this at this time.

A few things that I thnk need some work with this app:

1. The few sample videos I created as tests didn't come out well. The AI voices sound like a computer, and I was hoping they would sound more human-like. I've used other AI video software where the voices are much better.

2. The AI voice read the . at the end of each sentence as "Dot."

3. The hosted landing page is very plain, and I wish there would be more options to choose from with better design styles.

4. The pricing is unclear. I paid for the highest their plan because I wanted to create a custom avatar, but I see you have to email support to have the custom voice created. I'm not sure if this cost more money, but I'm assuming it does, or it would just have an option inside the application to do this. There are also many other upsells.

5. I didn't even test a campaign based on some of these preliminary tests and also reading some of the other experiences from other users who did launch a campaign.

With that being said, I think this product has some potential but it's not quite there yet.
