The operation is super simple. I was just surprised that it asked for a CodeCanyon purchase key. But if you don't need a code at all, that's great too.
Thank you!

Yes, you are absolutely correct. You can use the plugin on any site and receive updates when new versions are released. However, we encourage obtaining a separate license for each domain to support the ongoing development of the product. It's worth noting that we do not impose restrictions on plugin functionality through activation keys, domain bindings, or any other limitations.
Thank you for your question, and if you have any further inquiries, feel free to ask. We're here to help!

We ask you to purchase a separate license for each individual project. In the plugin, we do not put any restrictions or bindings on the domain. Therefore, you will not have any problems with developer/staging/local site copies of one project.
Thus, we may use it on any site we want and still receive updates when a new version is released. Though, it's always better to purchase a new license for each domain. Is that correct?
Thank you for your interest in our Reading Indicator plugin.
To clarify, both plugins, Reading Indicator and Reading Progress Bar for WordPress, serve the same purpose. They are developed by our team at 42Theme. However, Reading Time is a different plugin with a distinct codebase. It's optimized for the Envato market infrastructure, has a different licensing model, and comes with separate support conditions (including 6 months of included support). Although these plugins are crafted by the same hands and perform similar functions, they are separate products.
Regarding the lack of recent updates, we appreciate your understanding. Our team is based in Ukraine, and unfortunately, we faced significant challenges due to the war that began in our country three months after the release of the plugin. Without dwelling on the difficulties, we kindly ask for your understanding, as the past two years have been exceptionally challenging for us. We are gradually returning to normal operations and, in the near future, plan not only to release updates for our plugins but also to introduce several new products.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out via support@42theme.com. We value your support and look forward to providing you with continued quality products.

Our team comprises dedicated professionals who are now gradually returning to normal operations.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in updates. Rest assured, we are actively working to address this and plan to release updates in the very near future. We value your feedback and appreciate your patience.

A: Hello. Thanks for your interest in our items. This plugin is not available for download on WordPress.com. There are many other plugins with similar functionality https://nimb.ws/hGDtiB If you have time and inspiration, you can test them all. The difference between our products is that they are developed not by amateurs or students, but by professionals. The code is stable and well-documented. The functionality is simple, but it works in all modern browsers, as well as on mobile devices. If we talk about the key advantage of the Reading Indicator - in my opinion, these are zero dependencies. Native JavaScript, without jQuery. Only 3,4 KiB compressed JS. This is very good for SEO. One of the key indicators is site speed. In any case, I'm not trying to persuade you or say that all other plugins are junk. I show the main differences, the final decision is up to you.
