Of course it is GREAT to see Rebump here!

I’ve used this app on a few projects over the years and it has saved me HOURS and HOURS of follow up.

In that time Aaron the founder has been helpful and responsive, even getting in touch when I emailed broke something and had not realised.

My best Rebump success story.

One project I did for a client involved emailing 1000’s of USA based academics to get them to take part in a paid interview for research.

Sending via Mailpoet of Mailchimp would not have worked, it would have been impersonal and even looked spammy to most of these people.

We used my CRM and Rebump to send a carefully crafted email and then a series of follow up emails using Rebump.

In the first email we requested people simply hit reply with yes or no and we would not follow up.

By replying to the first email people automatically removed themselves from the Rebump sequence - AMAZING!

The most yes’s and response came from the third email, in the end we only go a few hundred responses that came down to 30 interviews but this is exactly what we wanted.

Can you imagine getting to this by either emailing people BCC or via an email marketing tool?

My client was blown away because they did not know tools like Rebump (and even CRM’s) could do this type of action.

My pro tip would be to pay close attention to making the follow up emails personal and also telling people in your first email that you will follow up.

Being open and personal builds trust and gets a better response over time.

‘Hit reply’ is one the greatest lines I’ve learnt to use in an email!
