Hey - My background is in sales too and I love the fact this is all simple simple simple.. Just keep the prospect or client on track on main points without opening a can of worms on them..

One thing please please please include iFrames or video placement.. I do a lot of closing with video sales letters.. custom ones I use Loom and starting to use vooPlayer..

Great road map tooooo and I can't stress enough the simplicity is killer!!!!

I got last year the Proposify deal so I was initially reluctant to get another proposal tool. But after giving it a try I bought the AppSumo deal quickly.

The fact that I can create a quick text, attach documents and send it with the ability for everyone to comment is a good deal.

Use case : I need to send a contract to a client with 3 different documents. My team is asking me what the progress is, the client has to share it with their team. Using Recapped I can write the text (not even a sales proposal ), attach the 3 contracts and send it to everyone. No more emails. Plus I know who opened it.

Now there's a couple things I'd like to have :
1- possibility to change the language (atm it's only date format & currency),
2-possibility to change the invite email text (or even better to get a link for sharing, current link has a parameter for invite such as ?inv=aaxGxXFm after the Recapped URL)
3- and possibility to get our own URL.

But for the money I'd say it's a pretty good deal.

I'm a bit concerned about security though. As always, it's not necessarily a good idea to upload confidential documents on a third-party cloud when we don't know what kind of security they have in place.
