Remember to log in with the same account on each device. Alternatively, you can employ the PIN code function to incorporate external camera sources without the need for logging in. If you wish to connect external cameras to the "Studio device," please ensure they are connected to the same shared 4G/5G internet (such as a hotspot) or utilize the same Wi-Fi connection.

Having a stable internet connection is crucial when using RECnGO. Before proceeding, it is important to verify the stability of your internet connection, especially if you plan on live video streaming. This is one of the key aspects to consider when going live. Take a moment to check the upload speed (we recommend a minimum speed of 15 Mbps) and ensure that the firewall settings allow for the use of multi-camera setups (external cameras) with RECnGO. Some internet configurations may prevent devices from connecting due to the security settings.
