Product Support Discontinued for AppSumo Users as of 18-12-2024.
As of December 18, the product is no longer supported for AppSumo users. My user account has lost all its privileges, rendering it completely non-functional.
1. Only works for SPA apps. Does not work for traditional MPA apps and websites. They said they were working on fixing this but after two months it's still an issue.
2. If you send someone a link to do a recording you have to instruct them to turn off any browser based popup blockers. I didn't have this problem with Loom.
Built by web developers for websites = ideal. Owners and support is top level. Product is good now and will keep growing into being the best. Thank you.
Just checked out Record and I'm seriously impressed. It really helps my team dig into any issues and fix them easily. The AI analytics part is solid – helps you make smart decisions to keep customers happy. If you're swamped with support tickets or just want to up your support game, Record could be worth a shot. Looking forward to further integration with Intercom like Smartlook has where you could see links to the users sessions right in intercom. Also, would love to see segment integration to easily connect. Great product!

Good idea but it faces multiple issues:
