Recording videos via Chrome works very well.

Unfortunately, there are some limitations after that:

Editing the videos is not really comfortable.
Videos that have been uploaded once can neither be edited nor downloaded.
Branding can not be implemented. But it can be done quickly via the support

The biggest limitation for me is that people you send videos to can't play them with iOS devices and with the Safari browser.

If all these points are fixed, I would give 5 tacos.

Really great tool to have and I've been using it almost everyday since I bought the deal a few days ago.

What it does:
Allows you to easily record your screen, a window or browser tab with high quality audio. You can also record your face with the webcam if you desire.

How I've used it:
- Photography gallery instructions
- Client portal instructional videos
- Slack workflow instructional
- Sharing business pricing with a potential photography customer

Recordjoy is really pure joy when it comes to the ease of recording. Its so easy that you have to do nothing, everything happens in your browser. No instalment nothing. And then you can do what you want: store, share, edit. Its an investment in the wonderful team that is a JOY. Only my best wishes. Go make it the best.

This looks like it was put together real fast, like an MVP. I tried to trim the video, but I couldn't. I was also expecting it to have a chrome extension because clicking on the record button and not giving you at least some chance to switch windows, it forces you to try to edit each video you record, but then when you try to trim it, it's not very intuitive, like a drag-and-drop kind of thing, it seems like you need to plug in the minutes you want to trim. It felt like I traveled 10 years back to the past.

Those of you who are used to sharing instruction videos, know the pain of recording, converting, uploading and sharing a link. It is super time intensive, especially when doing it multiple times a day. This app however has made it fun for me to do. In fact, I now record far more tutorials because it is so darn easy! Record the screen and share the link, that is it! All the videos are listed in the control panel and can be labeled, shared or deleted.

We have been using RecordJoy for our customers to quickly record videos directly from our email signature. This has been a fantastic tool to get an idea of the issues our customers are facing, especially those who do not know how to screen record. Additionally, Ben has provided fantastic support and even added basic browser / operating system information data to each recording so we have that information on hand to replicate our customer's issues. Highly recommend!

I want to leave a review to let people know that Michael and Ben are really wonderful people. I'm not sure I would dare to market the product at this stage of development. It doesn't look very good. It doesn't have a proper login... It lacks a bunch of features normally found in an app. What it does have is two wonderful and honest fellow trying to do their best. Looks like they are working hard... The product is functional and is useful at this stage. The allocation is generous. I can put up with what it lacks because I think in a few months this app will be fantastic.

No downloads, no extensions and still, no compromise! The simplicity and the ease-of-use speaks for itself. The UI is neat and "to the point", making it extremely intuitive.

Apart from recording the screen, voice and video can also be captured. Most of the essential features that would be expected from a tool of this segment is already there! Some of them are.,

⚫ CNAME and other whitelabel stuff
⚫ Trimming and basic editing.
⚫ Embeds.
⚫ Downloading option., (no caps on this!)
⚫ Dashboard to manage old recordings.

The possibility to record mobile screens would be a game changer and I am hoping to see it implemented soon!

We have used RecordJoy for a few weeks and we liked it a lot, the possibility of being able to create screen recordings from the browser, with the possibility of having a place where they are saved and your clients or staff can access them is great. We are looking to implement it in the agency to receive error reports from customers. It is an offer that you should not miss.

A simple but effective tool. The interface leads directly to correct usage, and that is to record the current screen or a window as a video. Ok, the professionals among us have remote or desktop tools.
However, this is a quick way to get information on how a process is working at the customer's site or to isolate errors. The customer doesn't need to install anything on their computer, which is great. The customer calls up all the functionality via a link in his web browser, and can immediately record what he wants to show or explain and send it to the target address. Not even a plugin needs to be installed. Perfect functionality for little money. Thank you for this remarkable tool.

As i haven't found any bugs yet, the interface is good. the technical support is really appreciable.

If you are into a Sales / technical Support or into the similar field as you must have this tool for sure.

I love this webapp, can be used everywhere, on any computer :D And its easy to use.

We have been waiting for this product for a long as We had seen potential in the idea and their plans for this product. We have recently tried and used in multiple places in our customer support process. It's having quite a simple UI and is easy to understand for even a non-technical user. I would highly recommend it. We have some suggestions and improvements, Which we will submit to team's helpdesk by recording the screen using RecordJoy itself.

It is the easiest screen recording tool I've seen so far. No any installation is needed. Just head to the web and hit record and start your recording. The interface is intuitive and simple to use, the quality of the recordings is in HD quality as well. Creating tutorials never been easier with this web tool. You can record your screen, voice, and face all at the same time. I'm in love with it and would recommend it to everyone who needs something like this. I can't wait for the CNAME features which is coming real soon! Grab this guys! :)

What are the features needed in my opinion:

Please add cloud storages integrations like https://rethinksoftware.com , https://my.pcloud.com or https://drive.google.com to save our recorded videos forever.
Please also allow download of the recorded videos
and finally in the future please add the possibility to record our mobile screens. a lot of us use mobile nowadays!

however this is a product with great potential!
