ZERO support, and it's not working (Updated)

There is no way to contact them, and I can't work with it, just started my first form, tried to upload a video but.... nothing..... looks like it's not working.

Tier 4: Impression Counting for Passive Website Videos? - If unlimited, you'd actually have to award 6 tacos :-)

Hello, I purchased the Tier 4 version a few weeks ago and have already exchanged several emails with you. I essentially use RecRam exclusively to provide my website visitors with a welcome video in my native language. However, since I also have visitors from abroad from time to time, I have additionally provided various videos in foreign languages to significantly increase the session duration. I only provide the videos to customers; they have no possibility to reply or otherwise interact with me, except to close the video at the end or send me a message via WhatsApp / email.

I am absolutely uncertain about the current deal. Do I understand correctly that I can, for example, place a separate Form Magnet on my page for each category, so that I can essentially provide infinite such videos on my page? Since users are not really interacting or uploading a response via video, as far as I understand, ONLY the monthly "Video impressions" should be capped at 50,000 views, right? What happens after the 50,001st view? Will the video then no longer play, or will these popups at the bottom of the webpage be deactivated?

If I now provide such a video in my native language + 10 other languages on the homepage, for example, and the user finds it so interesting and watches all the videos in other languages for fun, does each view count directly as 1 impression? I am asking this question to check if I should perhaps buy 2 - 3 Tier 4 licenses for my page; that should be possible with a separate email address for each, or is that not even necessary? As I said, only videos are created that serve "only" for entertainment [viewing]. THANK YOU for an answer and best regards, Frank.

Yes, with the Tier 4 plan, you can create and place as many different Form Magnets on your page as you like. You can add a separate video to each and customize them for different languages. There’s no limit on this.

Where's the support? Update! Update 2

I love the concept of this product. My VA is having issues with the usage and hasn't received a response from the page chat or after emailing support. I've been trying to add another VA ( I bought the next tier to enable more users). I spoke with Nebi via the chat and have nothing. I'm really rooting for this product, but if your specialty is customer support and the onboarding process, how is it going to work if I can't get support and can't get onboarded? I'd really like to update this review when the issues are resolved.

Update - I'm glad to report that the support is there. I got a few things fixed. I love the concept of this software and I'm glad that they are working on making it better and better. Get this app! The support is there. The communication is there. And it keeps working better and better.

Update 2 - I really tried to use this product, but I wound up refunding. I didn't have the time for them to figure out the issues. Wish them the best of luck, though.

Love the platform & love the support

OK first of all,
I bought this software about 2 weeks ago, so when writing this review, I already have plenty of experience either with the software or with the team behind it.

The good:
+ love the idea: yes this is truly needed if you run like a SaaS platform. It is much easier to understand the user's problem if we just let them record their screen and let us see it firsthand. This is what's missing with the like of loom etc... Previously we have to ask user to create a loom account & record their screen. It adds such a friction to ask user to create a new account, that some people just record it using their phone camera :{ Now... this is no longer a problem with RecRam. They don't have to sign up for anything, just use our link and record

+ multiple updates: screen recording wasn't included when this LTD launched. Now they already include it + a few more updates. Hoping the founder will continue updating it to make it even better

+ Simple: love the simplicity. But after talking with the founder, I can see that behind the scene, they already prepare powerful features that will be launched soon

+ Support: The team behind it is very responsive to my queries. I've reached them thru email, and thru their chat widget. And they responded within 24 hours. Some of my suggestions are being implemented as well, love to see team that are listening to their users.

The not so good:
- There are some rough edges -- no doubt, this platform is still not perfect. There are some features missing, like a button to share the video / delete video. But nothing that's a deal breaker in my opinion. And that's why i give it 4 tacos

Tool seems ok but support is missed

I tested it and it did some jobs I needed but what worries me is almost non-existent support and a solo founder. With all deals going down lately I refunded it. It's too risky these days and if there is no support that just shows it won't go further. I've been burnt by AppSumo deals many times lately and there is nothing good to keep a tool where a response time is 0!
