Tool seems ok but support is missed
I tested it and it did some jobs I needed but what worries me is almost non-existent support and a solo founder. With all deals going down lately I refunded it. It's too risky these days and if there is no support that just shows it won't go further. I've been burnt by AppSumo deals many times lately and there is nothing good to keep a tool where a response time is 0!

During our AppSumo launch (Feb 14 - Mar 24), we handled 1,861 support requests with an average response time of 32 minutes. Our support channels include:

We responded to 99% of these requests, but occasionally, emails may end up in spam, go undelivered, or be overlooked due to human error. If this happened in your case, we’d be more than happy to resolve the issue.
