I had this Reelcraft Tier 3 but your rendering site was down for over 2 weeks before I refunded and support was not getting back to me. Eventually they just got back to me almost after a month that things are back. I didn't know if this was just a product that was going to be abandon. If someone would have gone back to me to reasure that things were going to be okay I more likely would have not refunded.
