Q: Just bought the deal, but I have a doubt
I recently purchased a Tier 4 subscription to use with my new YouTube channel. I have some pre-written story scripts, about 10-12 minutes long (12,000 characters), that I want to convert into videos using your tool.
I use the "Don't change my script" setting when entering the text, but the 4,000-character limit prevents me from entering the full script. Adding the remaining 8,000 characters scene by scene, if it's the only way possible, is tedious and not what I had in mind (I thought I would have concentrated my efforts on optimizing the video rather then entering the script!).
I’m wondering if your tool is intentionally designed to promote the creation of short-form videos, or if there’s an option to streamline the process for longer content—perhaps by stitching together multiple short videos?
Could you advise?

Thank you for reaching out and for your support! We understand that entering a long script in one go would be ideal. While the tool currently allows up to 4,000 characters per entry, due to the probabilistic nature of LLMs, some sentences may occasionally be missed. To ensure accuracy, we recommend entering around 2,500 characters at a time and then using the "Extend" button under the Story content type to continue adding the rest of your script.
We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue improving the experience. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@reelcraft—we're happy to help!
Best regards,
Hi Manas, for "extend" you mean the "+" button on the right of the last scene on the "Story" tab? I'm confused, maybe I missed the real extend button :)
Hey @enricofra, you will find the extend option on the top right of the storyboard. You may enter another 4000 characters and extend your story.
