Hi,
from the reviews you get a bad opinion of your service, in addition to poor quality, long times, etc., but the worst is the failure to comply with the contract and the reduction of the value of the credits.
Your answers, even if they seek justifications, confirm the complaints of the buyers.
There are very qualified people here from all over the world, operators in the sector with decades of experience, what amazes me is the APPSUMO review (made with AI), which does not mention the problems.
I ask:
1. Why should one buy your offer after what happened in your previous LTD offers?
2. From your experiences, it is not easy to financially support LTD offers, why do you still do it?
3. What will be the relationship between you and the APPSUMO users who will buy your latest LTD offer?

Why do we still run LTD offers despite the financial challenges?

While sustaining an LTD financially is tough, the perspective gained from highly experienced users helps us improve and refine our offering. This feedback loop allows us to develop a stronger, more scalable product in the long run.

What will be the relationship between us and new APPSUMO users?
We see AppSumo users as part of our extended community.
