It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you that ReelCraft is shutting down on. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, our investors were unable to provide the necessary funding, and the delays have led to significant financial strain on our end. We’ve incurred a loss of $190,000 to keep our AI models running, but we reached a point where we simply couldn't continue.

This decision is incredibly painful for us, especially knowing the trust and support you've shown us throughout this journey. We want to sincerely thank you for being part of this community. Your belief in our product meant the world to us, and we are truly sorry that we couldn’t bring this vision to fruition.

We hope that, despite the challenges, you’ve found value in the time you've spent with us. Please know that this was a decision we made with a great deal of thought and sadness, and we ask for your understanding and forgiveness.

I started seeing angry comments pop up and Reelcraft response was to wait a week, but it's been longer than that and the product has not operated as promised. I was a tier 2 purchaser. I could make 5-10 videos per month depending on settings and regenerations. You used 25 or 50 credits. Now we are forced to convert credits to "GOLD" credits and can make 1 or 2 videos because it costs 200 or 300 gold credits. Due to edits though, it's probably more like one usable video or none because you don't have enough credits to regenerate. AND THEY LOOK THE SAME. The quality of the videos is not better because they are "better models," it's still images that look like a slideshow. I don't understand. Appsumo, you need to send in the wolf.
