ReelCraft deal was a mess. The vendor is shutting down after returning to AppSumo six months ago and cutting credits, saying they had financial difficulties a clear red flag....... Customers were left in limbo with unclear fixes or timelines, and the vendor's support was slow and evasive. Important features never materialized... Extremely Disappointed!!
