I am leaving a 1-star review for Reelcraft because this has been one of the worst and most dishonest Appsumo experiences I've ever had. The team has completely changed the terms of the deal after the refund period expired, which is a classic and unacceptable bait-and-switch tactic.

Here’s a breakdown of how they betrayed their early supporters:

Credit System Devalued: When I purchased this deal, we were given "normal credits." Now, Reelcraft has completely stopped this system. They are forcing users to convert their credits to "gold credits" at a terrible rate. With these new gold credits, you can create only a tiny fraction of the videos you could before. The value of the lifetime deal I paid for has been decimated overnight.

Promised Features Removed: The original Appsumo deal explicitly included 4K image and 4K video generation. These features have now been completely removed from the plan. They sold us a premium package and then downgraded it to a basic one after taking our money.

Non-Existent Support: Their support is a black hole. I have created multiple tickets regarding these issues and have received zero responses. Their Discord server is filled with other frustrated users facing the exact same problems, and the Reelcraft team is either silent or provides vague, unhelpful answers. They are simply ignoring their customer base.
The most cynical part of this entire situation is the timing. All of these negative, deal-breaking changes were conveniently implemented right after the 60-day Appsumo refund window closed. They waited until we were trapped with no recourse. I feel completely helpless and like I've been made a fool of.

This behavior is completely against the rules and spirit of the Appsumo platform. Lifetime deals are meant to be honored.

To the Appsumo Team: Please, you must do something about this. You have a responsibility to protect your customers from developers who operate this dishonestly. We bought this deal in good faith based on the terms you promoted on your site. Don't let them get away with this.
To anyone considering Reelcraft: STAY AWAY. They have shown their true colors. They will take your money, wait until you can't get it back, and then gut the product you paid for. This is a pathetic and disgraceful way to run a business.
