You didn't miss much. I bought the tool 2 years ago, and it has not been updated much. The AI models are still old ones; the UI is still ugly and overloaded. I haven't come across any vibrant community and there is no roadmap. They are just doing the usual marketing stuff, but this is not a user-centric product development team. Unfortunately.
