I hope this program returns to AppSumo. If you are managing online content and social media, it's important to make sure your messaging is on point, whether it's business-to-business, business-to-customer or general content creation; this is what RealSights AI is excellent for, checking if you are hitting those marks.

I bought this program a few years ago and felt it was a good investment. Over the years, I have seen it grow significantly. The customer service is very responsive. For example, a couple of weeks ago, I had trouble accessing my account. I emailed them, and they immediately responded, promising to investigate. They quickly resolved the issue and helped me regain access to my account.

Later I arranged a call with Billy Tea, who was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the new features they had added and showed me how to use them effectively. He also explained how I could integrate these features into my work to maximize the benefits of the AI and the program.

RealSights AI continues to evolve and you can see the investment and effort put into it. The customer service team is always ready to help. They are willing to discuss your needs in detail over a call, without rushing. They guide you on how to tailor the program to your needs and advise on improving your usage. They also assist in addressing any gaps in the information you provide. I really hope this program is available again on AppSumo. It's definitely worth buying and if you already own it upgrading to higher tier.

I need to add this review even though I bought the app a number of months ago. It's excellent. I can plan a campaign and I am no longer at a loss as to what content to create. Wonderful app. Many thanks

Reelsights AI was ok early 2023 but failed to evolve and adapt.

Content creation is very basic and is clearly detected as gpt3.5 content.

There is no discord community, no clear roadmap, and very little updates for the past 8 months.

Credits are way too limited for the price, considering how prices per tokens have decreased by 90% since last years.

The UI is flooded with basic tutorials, claiming how much the product is great but never giving any useful or game-changing advice.

The only added value is searching for youtube video content, but there are much better tools on appsumo to achieve that.

I hope reelsight AI will upgrade ASAP to 4o-mini and adapt monthly credits accordingly to the price-per-token decrease since last year. The profile/brand should also be further improved with more contextual inputs.

I will check back when they release the video scripts generation.

The product was good, however I used my work email and then got made redundant, I have contacted both ReelInsights who wouldn't transfer the name and wanted me to re-buy, even though I brought it.

I also contacted AppSumo who haven't even bothered contacting me at all so I don't think I'll be purchasing anything else and would advise others to be wary.

The software has a learning curve for sure but, once you get the hang of it, it produces amazing results.

The support is excellent and I even got a one on one walkthrough to show me some of the features I had missed and how each section worked hand in hand with the other.

This really is an extremely well thought out, well designed and complete software package.

Unlike many other deals, this feels polished and complete.

I have bought a lot of ai software deals and can say without a shadow of a doubt this is the best deal I have bought to date.

I look forward to seeing what happens in the coming months.
