Okay tool with more potential and non existent customer support
The good: Great idea for capturing social proof and feedback in one. For sending out feedback requests individually, definitely a good little helper.
The meh: The tool could be a lot better, if there were more use cases to make use of it in a broader way. Meaning not for sending out individual requests, but e.g. by embedding it into websites/blogs or emails. This would make it tremendously more useful instantly as for the individual feedback requests, that it does well, there still are testimonial capture tools that do this better (Bonjoro).
The bad: Customer support non-existent. I approached them with some questions and suggestions like the one above in all possible ways....email, contact formular, chatbot on the site...all of it. No respnse at all since over a week. Which is a no go, period.
Overall a good product, it does what it says. Halim, from Review, was nice enough to hop on a call to give me an overview of the tool and how it works. So far we have used it to increase reviews for our Yelp and will also use it to solicit additional Google reviews. Looking forward to more features they may be adding.
I'm both working with an online marketing business, a service based business helping people in their houses, and running an ecommerce store. All three will benefit heavily using this Reeview system.
After looking closer at how this works I am 100% sure we will get more great reviews for each business, and that means attracting more new customers too.
I recommend that you test this.

I run a chain of local acupuncture clinics here in Switzerland called Chinatang (chinatang.ch), and I just had to shout out how awesome Reeview is! Getting reviews used to be like pulling teeth. But now, with Reeview, I can easily ask for reviews for my Google business page. It's exactly what I needed.
It's also awesome that when our customers get an SMS from us, you see 'Chinatang' pop up as the sender, not just some random number.
I've been working hard to get to the top 3 in my city, using another tool for local ranking. The only thing missing? More reviews. Reeview's got me covered.
The team is super responsive. I asked a ton of questions, and they got back to me in hours.
