Okay tool with more potential and non existent customer support
The good:
Great idea for capturing social proof and feedback in one. For sending out feedback requests individually, definitely a good little helper.
The meh:
The tool could be a lot better, if there were more use cases to make use of it in a broader way. Meaning not for sending out individual requests, but e.g. by embedding it into websites/blogs or emails. This would make it tremendously more useful instantly as for the individual feedback requests, that it does well, there still are testimonial capture tools that do this better (Bonjoro).
The bad:
Customer support non-existent. I approached them with some questions and suggestions like the one above in all possible ways....email, contact formular, chatbot on the site...all of it. No respnse at all since over a week. Which is a no go, period.
