Q: Request for Late License Activation – Purchased via AppSumo
Dear Referbi Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m reaching out regarding a license I purchased for Referbi through AppSumo. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I missed the 60-day activation window and was unable to activate the license on time.
I’ve already contacted AppSumo support, and they kindly looked into the issue, but informed me that the activation can no longer be processed through their system. I completely understand the policy, but I’m writing to kindly ask if you might consider an exception and help me activate the license on your end.
Thank you in advance for considering my request. I understand this is outside the usual process, but I’d be very grateful for any help you can offer.
