We have a tool that can help make a series of different designs which is a huge time saver for customers here on App Sumo. It's a great idea to solve a real world time challenge. NOW ... I read here in the comments, and then confirmed on my own purchase and was confused.

We buy RelayThat design tool that offers many helpful variants of a given design, but the "software feature" to download the variants is turned off for your App Sumo customers. You have the code, but created more code to remove the feature from AppSumo to download multiple designs. That's disappointing.

The business logic (customer value) for the software is to offer new ideas AND to SAVE TIME getting the images just made. What is the customer experience thought process to then ask your new customer to download 1 image at a time?? Feels very uncomfortable to me. I would really love to advocate and promote this product to clients, but that makes me uncomfortable.

Was that actually intentional or a launch oversight?

I bought two codes and will stop there. I would love to max and buy a full stack. I would also be happy to be a reseller.

Again, It feels very odd to make a download feature and then purposely exclude new or existing App Sumo customers. I don't like downloading 1 at a time for myself as a customer. Like receiving a wrapped gift, and something less was inside.

If an App Sumo customer started a new campaign and needed 25 graphic assets.... yuck. The thing of value is time. This product "giveth".... "then taketh away". That's not the vibe of the community here. Give it some thought and consider the long game. It's not just about the sales here. When companies do right, App Sumo folks plug and promote this stuff.

I purchased this software, only because it's save time, and on the first try I was impressed with the time-saving design option, but then things flipped down, When I tried to download the design, they said batch download is not available in lifetime plans, then what is the purpose of this deal?
How can it save time?
Background removal is not available, if I use two separate software for this, how can I save time?

I await a response from the Creator & Appsumo Team about the deal's conditions. This deal is a Joke, I purchased 100s of deals from appsumo, and none were like this.
