AppSumo RelayThat Review

One of those AppSumo deals where you really do get EVERYTHING you need. And kudos to the founder for being so responsive to support queries.

The app does a great job of delivering multiple image layouts and designs from even the most basic setup process of uploading brand logo & graphics, settings colors and fonts and defining some initial header content.

The timesaving nature of this, for many, is EASILY WORTH THE DEAL PRICE.

For more in-depth uses and more technical users, there's potential to unlock a wealth of functionality and there is also a clear development path into the world of animated GIFs and video.

Some parts of the app are less intuitive and there are a few bugs here and there, but I'm confident that the app will continue to evolve and address these things in time.

NOTES:

I have the Stencil deal and will continue to use it for non-branded images and images where I need more creative control. (I happily dropped Photoshop many years ago and now only use Affinity Designer/Photo for images that I cannot produce with online tools - which are very few.)

I bought the DesignBold deal but refunded it because I didn't feel it offered enough extra functionality or sufficiently different USP to Stencil. But RelayThat definitely HAS that different USP to Stencil.
