not a good match
I find it very hard to work with. The set up videos are very vague. I got the idea that this was a app for people who did not have a lot of experience with design, but I find it baffling. I did my first design and did not realize I had to pay extra monthly to get the watermark removed. I asked support about this, and they never replied. At this point, I still can be won over the the first impression is not a good one.

We've replied to every single person that emailed our support email. Maybe you never received our reply or maybe we didn't get your email?
As per your comment on the videos, we're redoing them because we've evolved the app so fast this past few months.
It's up to you of course if you want to continue or return the purchase.
