Really cool idea for a service with room to improve
I spend a lot of time creating blog and Pinterest graphics. That process usually required some work in Photoshop and assets from a stock service. I thought I had my process down to a reasonable amount of time to create my graphics, but RelayThat truly does change the game for me.
There are a plethora of layouts with some nice professional designs. The ability to automatically resize one of my designs from Pinterest to a Blog header is really cool and saves a lot of time. I'm very happy with the way RelayThat can speed up my workflow.
On top of that, it has a stock photo an icon library built into the service. That saves me from renewing another stock service and reduces my overall cost. The color palettes provided fit most of my needs. If not, I can add my own colors to a workspace.
Speaking of workspaces, that's the limit you get with this deal. They promise 5, but one of them is a default that you can't reset. If you load one of the templates in the default workspace, as I did, then you cannot get rid of it. No way, no how. So really you only get four workspaces, not five.
Another concern is support. The documentation is pretty light. It covers the basics of how to use something, but does little to help you with specific concerns. I reached out to support and still haven't heard anything back.
Overall, I'm happy. There are glitches that I hope the team will work out - or update their documentation to tell me how to do something that isn't obvious. Support is non-existent so far. Yet despite those weaknesses, I'm happy with my purchase.
