I am more than willing to change my review if the team takes care of one simple thing - Making sure that the app works.
I paid for 5 codes to get access to 25 workspaces. It made sense to have one space dedicated to one brand or website that our team handles. Unfortunately, their workspaces DO NOT WORK.

I understand that many apps on AppSumo are in beta and I have purchased over 30 different AppSumo deals so far but all of them had a responsive team that knew they could get their beta customer base from AppSumo and that they could use them to iron out the kinks.
Unfortunately, the team at Relaythat have taken days to respond to my emails and THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED AFTER A MONTH because their team is busy with everything else.

Here's the problem which everyone here needs to know about
1. When you create a workspace, and you select a format that you want to use across multiple platforms, you will be able to save 1 design or more but the moment you exit the workspace and then come back to the workspace - THE DESIGN that you spent minutes or an hour working on, is COMPLETELY WIPED OFF.
2. The design is replaced by some other design. For example, I chose templates with straight lines and sharp corners. I tried this with 3 different workspaces to be sure but every single time, the design was REPLACED by some circular overlays and design (their default template). I pointed out that this just beats the purpose of WORKSPACES

The response that I received was - sorry most of our customers ARE NOT USING Relaythat like this. They use it for only ONE OFF downloads.

After a month, this is still NOT priority for the team because others are NOT using the concept of workspaces.

If I want to create one off designs, I have many other software choices including Canva which also allows for instant publishing from within Canva.

I just hate the fact that this team DOES NOT RESPECT the USP that they are trying to sell. I am glad others are enjoying One off designs but the slow customer service (each email took anywhere between 3 days to a week for a response) and the unwillingness to fix their DEFECTS is a deal breaker.
