Q: Are the number of agents included in each Tier, they are individual chatbots that I can sell to my clients?

Each tier includes a number of agents, for example Tier 1 includes 50 agents. Those agents are different chatbots that I can use and sell to my clients? each agent can be a different customer of mine?
I am interested in Tier 4 to have the white label, but I need to understand how the number of agents works.

Yes, in Release0, “agents” refer to individual chatbots, and each one can be completely separate in terms of:
• Configuration (custom design for each Agent)
• Custom Branding
• Custom Domain
• Workflow
• Data isolation (agent responses , metrics, data dashboards)

So if Tier 1 includes 50 agents, that means you can build 50 distinct chatbot experiences, which can each be customized and sold to different clients. Each agent can function as a separate customer-facing bot.

That said, keep in mind that "limits" are shared thought agents of the same Workspace and Appsumo codes/Plans belong to each workspace so you could have Hobby(free) workspaces and other workspaces with different plans within your same account.
