Q: Do you guys answer emails sent to your support email?
I sent an email requesting some help with a setup equivalent to ManyChat on Dec 5th but haven't gotten a response... just checking to make sure the product is still supported?

About your ManyChat-style setup, at the moment, Release0 does not natively support triggers from social media actions (like auto-replies to Instagram or Facebook comments).
However, you can replicate similar flows using:
• Zapier / Make / Pabbly Connect to detect social actions (e.g., comments, DMs)
• Then trigger a Release0 agent via link, API, or send user data into the agent
