TonyTQ: Do you integrated with Google Ads at all for Conversion Tracking?
We currently use another chat bot software that uses logic responses and once the lead is submitted it is tracked as a conversion in Google Ads.

You can track conversions using Google Tag Manager, which is the recommended method — and it works very similarly to what you described with your current chatbot.
