In Release0, submission limits are applied at the workspace level, not per individual agent. That means:
• If you’re on Tier 5, your total monthly submission quota (e.g., 12,000 chats) applies across the entire workspace.
• There’s currently no native way to set a per-agent submission cap within the same workspace.
Recommended Setup for Agencies:

To manage client usage separately, we suggest creating one workspace per client. This gives you:
• Separate submission usage per client
• Isolated analytics and branding
• Independent control over agents, domains, and credentials

Each workspace can use a free Hobby plan or have one of your AppSumo codes assigned.
Alternative (Same Workspace)

If you prefer to host multiple clients in the same workspace (not ideal), here’s a possible workaround:
• Add a variable in the agent flow to count how many conversations that agent has handled.
• When it reaches a certain threshold (e.g., 300 chats), trigger a Send Email action to notify you or pause the flow. (reset the variable on x day of the month)

It’s not perfect, but it’s a lightweight way to monitor usage per client.
