Q: I purchased Tier 5, some time ago, trying it now, there is an issue with number of workspaces? Please help?
Hi Relaese0 Team, I purchased the Tier 5 plan on the 2nd of March, and activated it, but never used it since today because I've been busy and had major health issues. I purchased the highest plan thinking that I would have access to multiple workspaces. According to the listing Tier 5 is the "Advanced Plan on your website. Since I have Tier 5 plan, I added a second Workspace, but it says "Hobby" plan on the second workspace. Either I need to change something in the settings or there is a glitch. Can you please help me? Thanks. Sye

Mar 23, 2026A: Hi Sye,
Thanks for your message, and I hope you’re doing better now.
Just to clarify how this works:
Workspaces & Plans
Your Tier 5 license is applied to a single workspace, which gets all the upgraded limits (agents, domains, submissions, etc.).
Any additional workspaces you create will default to the Hobby plan, which is why you’re seeing that on your second workspace, this is expected behavior, not a glitch.
How to Use Multiple Workspaces
You have a couple of options:
• Keep your main workspace on Tier 5 (recommended for most use cases)
• Use additional workspaces on Hobby plan if needed
• Or assign another code/license to upgrade a different workspace
Recommended Setup (for agencies)
Most users manage multiple clients by:
• Using one main workspace
• Creating multiple agents (up to 500 on Tier 5)
• Organizing clients via agents, domains, and flows
