Q: Models/Chat submissions limit / KB sources

Hi Sebastian,

1)BYOK/Models
a)I notice each tier as a number of submission chats - does that mean there are recurring tokens available for each plan each month, or is it completely BYOK for token usage?
b)I presume since it's BYOK we can access all the latest models?

2)Knowledge Base (KB)
I'm looking to build a public knowledge base for onboarded clients and a private knowledge base (SOP's etc) for freelancers I work with - is release0 a good choice for this?

3)KB sources - could you confirm which of the following can be used
a)website URL's?
b)Inputting Q&A pairs?
c)TXT files?
d)PDFs?
e)Google Docs?
f)Notion?
g)Any others I've missed that can be used specifically for retraining.

4)Retraining - what happens when we update external documentation - can we trigger relearning?

Regards,

Matt

A: Hi Matt! Great questions,

1) BYOK / Model Submissions

a) Submissions Limit
Each AppSumo tier includes a fixed number of chat submissions per month. This limit applies regardless of whether you bring your own key (BYOK). Submissions = how many AI responses your agents process.

b) Model Access (BYOK)
Yes, with BYOK, you can connect to **any supported AI model**, including OpenAi, Claude, Mistral, Groq, Antropic, ChatNode, Defy.AI, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Perplexity, DeepSeek Together AI and more. This gives you full flexibility over pricing and model usage.

2) Using Release0 for Public & Private Knowledge Bases / Supported KB Sources for Agent Training

Absolutely!
You can build both **public-facing KBs** (for clients) and **private ones** (for freelancers) with access control options like:

* Password protection
* Expiration dates
* Custom domains

You can also embed them directly on your site or send links.
All training can be done directly on each AI model, here is a quick video sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4TMzobl-m0

Any compatible data source can be added directly using your preferred AI model

Relearning will require you to upload new documents into your AI models unless you aer sourcing via URLs

Ok thanks for clarifying. I was looking for the answer at what the list of 'compatible' data sources are. I can see Google Sheets used in your video but is there a list on your website?

Hello,
You can use the following data sources to read and write data into your agent:
- Google Sheets: https://docs.release0.com/editor/blocks/integrations/google-sheets
- NocoDB: https://docs.release0.com/editor/blocks/integrations/nocodb
- Supabase: https://docs.release0.com/editor/blocks/integrations/supabase

Also any integration available in Make.com, Pabbly Connect and Zapier
