Unfortunately, Release0 isn’t designed to display multiple input fields on the screen at the same time in a single step. This goes a bit against the chatbot user-experience philosophy we follow, which is built around a natural, conversational flow where each question or field appears one at a time.

The idea is to guide the user through a dialogue rather than mimic a traditional multi-field web form. This approach generally results in higher engagement and better data quality because it feels more like a conversation and less like filling out a long form.

That said, you can create multi-step forms within a single agent and chain them with conditional logic, but the fields will still appear sequentially.

If your use case really requires a classic multi-field layout, you could pair Release0 with a traditional form builder (and connect it through the HTTP Request or Email blocks) to capture bulk data while still leveraging Release0 for conversational follow-up.
