1. Real-time Events Stream. What It Is
The Real-time Events Stream feature lets you see user interactions with your agents as they happen, messages, submissions, events, and other activity. It’s useful for:
• Monitoring live conversations
• Debugging or testing flows
• Tracking lead activity in real time
This is especially helpful if you want immediate insight into how users are engaging without waiting for analytics to update.
2. Do You Need an Upgrade?
Real-time Events Stream is included in certain tiers. If your plan doesn’t have it enabled, you’ll see an upgrade option. You can check your AppSumo deal tier features in the plan details
3. Country in Analytics — What It’s For
The country field in analytics shows the geographic location (based on IP) of your users. You can use this for:
• Understanding where your traffic is coming from
• Tailoring responses or offers by region
• Identifying trends in engagement by location
• Keep in mind that we anonymize this data when GDRP is required
