1. Creating & Selling Bots
Yes, you can absolutely create agent bots in Release0 and deploy them for your customers. Many agencies and consultants use Release0 to build white-labeled bots for their clients. You can:
• Create separate agents per customer, each with their own branding and logic.
• Embed them on client websites or connect them to channels (like WhatsApp or Telegram).
• Manage everything from a single Release0 account.
• We do recommend separating each customer on his own Workspace for handling limits.
2. Knowledge Base from Documents
Yes, you can simply upload text and documents (Google Docs, PDFs, etc.) into your agent’s knowledge base. The bot will then use those files to generate answers for users. You can also enable “source-only” mode so that the agent responds strictly from your uploaded materials (no hallucinations), and even configure it to include source links in every response.
