1. Custom KB / RAG
Yes, you can build AI-powered agents and connect them into structured conversational flows. Release0 supports AI blocks and integrations with providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Groq, and others.
2. WhatsApp integration
Yes, WhatsApp is available under Integrations → WhatsApp.
3. Conversation history / submissions
Release0 stores submissions and supports analytics/history, with retention depending on the plan. AppSumo Tier limits include different retention periods and monthly chat submissions
⚠️ Important limitation
User file uploads during chat are supported as uploads, but Release0 does not currently parse uploaded files directly into the AI agent for personalized document analysis. Users can upload files, but automatic AI reading/analyzing of those files would require an external workflow/API workaround.
