Q: Website Development Agency Use Case
Hello,
I develop websites for my clients, looking for an affordable chat bots to implement in each site we develop, sites with light traffic.
Before I decide , I have a few questions, appreciate a separate response to each as follow:
1- Can a user (admin) intervene in a chat to handle the conversation instead on the bot ?
2- I can see 30 custom domain(s) and 500 agents on "Plan 5" with 30 users.
is that means I can only implement your bot on ONLY 30 websites, since each will defiantly need a custom domain ?
3- Support to RTL languages ?
Regards

Feb 16, 2026A: Hi there, Thanks for your thoughtful questions — happy to clarify each one:
1- Can an admin intervene in a chat (live takeover)?
Yes — while Release0 bots are autonomous by default, you can integrate Chatwoot to enable live human takeover. When a user asks for help or types specific keywords, the agent can route the conversation to a human support agent.
🔗 Here’s how to integrate Chatwoot
https://docs.release0.com/editor/elements/integrations/chatwoot#how-to-integrate-your-agent-with-chatwoot
2 - Custom Domains on Tier 5 — 30 Sites Limit?
Correct. On AppSumo Tier 5, you get:
• ✅ 30 custom domains
• ✅ 500 agents
• ✅ 30 workspace users
So you can implement bots on 500 separate websites using your own domain (CNAME). Each custom domain typically maps to one website or client. Users will be indivuduals who will manage the agents within your workspace.
3 - RTL Language Support
Yes — Release0 supports Right-to-Left (RTL) languages like Arabic and Hebrew.
Just set the language in your agent configuration or embed code, and the layout will adapt accordingly.
Here is a guide on how to enable RTL:

Thank you for your quick answer, that indicate a quick support afterwards.
I can't in practical implement bots on 500 separate websites, since each will require a custom domain, so the highest tier is actually limited to 30 websites only, am I correct ?
Yes — you’re correct that custom domains are limited to 30 on Tier 5. But you can absolutely deploy multiple agents under the same domain by using unique slugs.
For example:
• www.mydomain.com/sales → Agent 1
• www.mydomain.com/support → Agent 2
• www.mydomain.com/pricing-bot → Agent 3
So with 30 domains, you can easily serve many more than 30 agents or websites, depending on how you structure things.
Also, you’re free to use our premium short domain r0.ar, which is included — especially useful for lower-traffic or internal projects.
