NO SUPPORT, HAD TO REFUND 10 CUPONS

They have no support mail, I mail them several times on the correct email address.
I HAD TO REFUND MY 10 CUPONS BECAUSE OF THERE IS NO REPLYS. (Yet 5 cupons was none refundable, it had pased the appsumo refund window) a total waste of money. On a product that looked good... (bet there support blocks email from gmail or does not check spam folder)

I’m genuinely sorry to hear you felt you had to refund your codes – that’s the opposite of the experience we want people to have with Release0.

We’ve double-checked on our side and couldn’t find any support messages tied to the name or account details shown here for “StefanP”. We also don’t block Gmail addresses, and we actively monitor our spam folders – a big portion of our user base writes us from Gmail every single day without issues.

For anyone reading this:

* Our official support channels are available directly inside the app (in-app chat) and via our documentation site.
* We reply to all valid support requests, including AppSumo customers – there’s no separate or downgraded tier.

Regarding the refunds: those are handled by AppSumo and subject to their refund window and rules. I do hope their support team can help you recover as much as possible of what you spent.

Stefan, if you ever decide to give Release0 another try, reach out through the in-app support first and we’ll personally help you get set up so the product matches the expectations that led you to stack 10 codes in the first place. No caps lock required.
