So far, So good

I LOVE the idea of this and how it is laid out. The only two things that I wish were different;

1. The ability to spread out agent/chat limit throughout the entire account. Right now, I have 3 different workspaces and all of the license upgrades only apply to one. Therefore, the "white label" feature isn't really white label for what I need. For example, If I sign up a client to their own workspace and give them the access to setup all of their credentials (GTM, GA4, Email, etc), then they are prompted to upgrade to a subscription that is directly with ReleaseO for more agents/chats/analytics.

2. The analytics are showing wrong numbers as of now. I'm sure this is any easy fix and is being solved soon, maybe I'm just not clear on how the stats are coming in because I'm new to backend agent workflow.

That said, this platform has a LOT of potential and is exactly what I was looking for. There was a bit of a bug because I downgraded from Tier 5 to Tier 4, but I have a ticket in for that. Overall, I'm hoping this will help elevate my work to the level I'd like it to be. The interface is smooth and easy to navigate. I'm hoping they include a Notion integration soon, as I am currently putting my clients into that for a PM.

About Workspaces & Limits

Each workspace is isolated and needs to have its own plan assigned (even the free Hobby plan works). This setup ensures:
• Each client has full control over their own limits
• Analytics and submissions are not shared
• You can truly white-label with separate workspaces access, and credentials

This design is intentional to help agencies manage multiple clients securely and independently.

About Analytics

Just a quick note: analytics only apply to published agents. Draft agents won’t track events until they’re live.

Ticket Resolution

We also checked on your Tier 5 → Tier 4 downgrade ticket, it’s been resolved and you should now be able to access the real time analytics again. So sorry for the inconvenience there!
