Brad_D is pretty spot on (thanks Brad!), but I want to give you a bit more detail on exactly how things work under the hood in Remalt:

1. Brand Workspaces & Voices: We don't currently have a centralized "Brand Kit" feature for managing different brand voices globally (It's on our roadmap!). Instead, our users create separate Brainboards (our term for workflow canvases) for each of their brands. To manage a specific brand's voice, you can simply create a Group Node or Prompt Node directly on that Brainboard and drop all your specific brand guidelines, tone rules, and context in there. The AI will then reference those rules when generating content for that specific brand's board.

2. Supported Source Inputs: Remalt uses a visual node-based editor with a wide variety of supported inputs. Here is the full list of sources you can bring into your Brainboards right now:

Files: PDFs, Images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP), and Voice/Audio files (MP3, WAV, WebM).
Web & Media: Webpages/URLs, YouTube videos, and Loom recordings.
Social Media: LinkedIn (Posts & Profiles), Instagram (Reels & Profiles), X/Twitter (Posts & Profiles), TikTok (Videos & Profiles), Facebook (Posts), and Meta Ads.
Docs & Cloud: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive files, and Notion.
As Brad mentioned, we don't natively support direct .DOC or .XLS file uploads from your computer right now, but you can easily bring that content in via our Google Docs/Sheets integration or Notion. We are constantly expanding our supported nodes based on community feedback!
