Q: Tiers vs plans? Credit usage? Remalt vs competitors? And more...

Hi Ackash, I originally wanted to send these questions via a support email, but I could not find a support address on your website. Therefore, I am sharing them briefly here, as I am limited in the number of characters:

- How do you define credits? How many credits are used per prompt, generation, search, and so on?
- What are the concrete differences between these tiers and the plans listed on your website? Do they include future updates, upgrades, and new features?
- Remalt reminds me of Nodeflow AI. Is that comparison accurate? What differentiates Remalt from its competitors?
- Does Remalt support input and output in Dutch? This is my native language.
- How does Remalt ingest social media posts, given that most platforms are behind a login?
- Do you have a roadmap? What can you share about upcoming features?

Thanks! Love to hear it.

A: Hi Mark, thanks for these great questions! I'll keep the answers brief and simple for you.

We call our credits "Remalt coins." They're used for things like AI chat, generating content, and creating images or analyzing videos. Most users find the monthly coins are plenty for their regular work, as Remalt is built to be very efficient.

The AppSumo deal gives you lifetime access to most features, including major AI models and new tools like our Chrome extension and Instagram analysis. The main differences from our website plans are the number of Remalt coins and the type of direct support you get mainly...

You asked about Nodeflow AI. While we both help with content, Remalt does a lot more. It's a full creative space for brainstorming, analyzing ads, making ads, and even publishing pages like Notion. We also let you build complex workflows to automate your tasks.

Yes, Remalt supports input and output in Dutch!

For social media posts, Remalt connects directly with platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram to get posts.

And for future we're planning things like a "bring your own key" option, adding X & reddit content fetching and more ways to bring in your content. We also really listen to what our users want and add features based on your feedback.

Hope this helps!

Hi Ackash,

Thank you for your quick reply. I appreciate it!

When I connect a social media account, will I be able to select all the accounts I manage? As a social media marketer, I manage multiple business pages for different clients.

This would be very interesting for me in terms of analytics, content creation, and potentially reporting as well.

Thanks again!

So for now you can analyse instagram profiles...directly just drop the profile url and it fetches the numbers and content pieces from that profile

One more question: will it be possible to purchase additional coins as a one-time add-on later within my account?
