One of the worst apps I've ever purchased
I rarely leave one-star reviews; however, in this case, I have to be brutally honest about Remio. From start to finish, the onboarding was horrible. The emails that you get for your validation code take at least 30 minutes to reach you, and by then it's timed out. I never got fully onboarded with this application after at least 10 tries. Even after eventually getting to the dashboard, the app said I was on the free plan.

1. Could you let us know what email provider you're using? It's also worth checking your spam/junk folder in case the verification emails landed there.
