I just installed and activated my Remio account, and I don't know what I should do. I have no tutorial of any kind. I tried to search on YouTube, but there are no tutorials or videos on how to use this. I have installed it, and there were many permissions they were asking for. I don't know why. And when I finished, now everything is in front of me. I don't know what I should do.
And the big problem is I don't know how I should use it. There is no tutorial. What kind of use case is there for me? And even though I never asked anyting in the chat, I just installed it. Immediately, I got they cut credit almost more than 85 credits—even though I never asked for anything. And it's showing that I have used Gemini and miniMax models, even though I never used them. I don't know why they are cutting my credit without me even using it.
If I don't get any video tutorial, then I will refund it because I still have more than one month left. I'm trying to use it. How should I use it? I have no plan for what I should do or how I should use it. I tried to search for videos, but there are many random videos. They are not step-by-step tutorials on their YouTube channel. They are also not teaching they have only short vidios. Maybe they just want to make money from YouTube that's they are uploading only short videos.
I don't know how I should use it. Also, if they plan to guide me, then I might keep it if it is useful for me. Otherwise, I will go and refund it.

Jun 7, 2026I'm really sorry for the rough start, that's not the experience we want you to have, and I'd like to help you get on track. A few things that should make it click:
1. Onboarding tasks, there's a guided checklist that pops up in the bottom-left corner of the app. It walks you through the things people use Remio for most: recording a meeting, syncing a folder, ask across your documents and genearte slides, so you can ask questions on the go. Remio packs in a lot of features, but they're all focused on the work/office scenario, running through the checklist is the fastest way to see how they fit together for you.
2. Tutorials, beyond the short clips, there are more detailed walkthroughs on YouTube, including our official guides plus longer videos from users and creators.
3. On the credits, they're never deducted at random. The ~85 credits (and the Gemini/MiniMax usage you saw) almost certainly came from one of those onboarding actions, like starting a recording or importing a YouTube video, which run AI processing in the background.
