Q: A few questions
I am considering tier4 to organise virtual events, currently using Airmeet
1) Can you add attendees and bypass the remo registration? We have our ticketing system
2) What do you suggest if an event runs for three days? Five hours per day over three days. Our virtual attendees are from different timezones so we can only do a few hours per day where everyone is available. The suggestion is to change the event dates, but what will the attendee experience be if that is done? Do they need to register again?
3) Can attendees join an event without registering? Airmeet has a handy magic link for each participant to join without having to register an account.
4) is there a concept of a host/MC, someone who can introduce the speakers and run the event. I understand there is one admin account, does a host exist? Or is a speaker a host too? Ta

Nov 21, 2024A: Hi Sumo-ling,
Thank you for considering Tier 4 of Remo for your virtual events! Here’s how we can help:
1.Can attendees bypass registration?
Not entirely, but we offer options like SSO (Google, Facebook, etc.), magic link email verification, or Guest Login where attendees can enter their name and join easily.
2.Multi-day events:
Use the same event link by updating the time and date. Attendees won’t need to re-register and can join the event space directly each day.
3.Event access without registration:
In addition to magic links, the Guest Login lets attendees join by simply entering their name.
4.Host/MC roles:
We provide roles like with event Assistants and Managers to help you run the event smoothly, along with the main account owner/event host.
