Q: Custom SSO available in the LTD to bypass remo registration?
First, I would like to reference a previously asked question:

"With regard to your query, the best route to skip registration for your members is to whitelist Remo to be iframed on your website and using Custom SSO so that members who login to your website do not have to login to Remo again to access the event hosted on your website."

Is Custom SSO available in the LTD? If so, in which tiers?

Custom SSO is included in Tier 3 and Tier 4 subscriptions for Remo.
