Q: I upgraded toTier 3, and I met with one of your agents this evening and I really love the vision of your platform.
There are couple things that would fully help me move completely from GoBrunch, and I’m wondering if you’d make this available to AppSumo subscribers/customers.
1) would you be open to giving us access to a small office hours room, doesn’t have to be a full size room, or some workaround to achieve this. I’m a professor, and a therapist and I’d love to have students and clients have access to me how they can via GoBrunch.
2) have a less cumbersome system to change the things around (stripe, subdomain, branding) for those of us that have different business (teaching, therapy clients and consulting training and events).
3) I’m not sure if it was my connection, but the platform was a bit laggy today when I was testing it with 2 guest and one host. Is this something that’s has been an issue in the past? When I checked my “equipment,” it passed all the tests in Remo.
After moving to Tier 3, I’m really excited to try to experiment with different trainings. Your platform is really fun, innovative and impressive. Your team is awesome too, my meeting with Aniket went really well and he answered all my questions. Thank you

May 15, 2024A: Hi Juan,
Thanks for your kind words. Our platform aims to humanize virtual connections, and we love to engage with our Customers.
We are here to ensure every Sumo-ling takes the best advantage of this LTD!
Remo can be a perfect home base for a virtual office tool for amazing entrepreneurs like you. We have taken this request and are discussing it internally now. :) Watch out for our announcements and emails, and if you face any issues or have any concerns, our Success and Support teams are here to solve them as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Hoyin
Hi Juan,
Thank you for the wonderful feedback. I have answered your questions below:
1) Yes, this is a growing request from the Appsumo community and something that Remo is considering providing on a super-high priority. While we cannot provide all events at full capacity to be unlimited, we do love the idea of an always-open space (more like a virtual office) for the customer to continue using Remo for all their interactions. I request you to give us time till the 15th of May and we will definitely reach out to you with a suitable option.
2) Yes, I completely agree with the feedback. Subdomain, Ticketing and Custom Branding are features that were added to Remo just this year but did not gain traction with our regular users. However, the Appsumo community has shown a tremendous demand and response to these features. We now have a solid base to improve CNAME, Whitelabel (Custom Branding), Ticketing and Integration capabilities that will attract a new Remo audience. Rest assured, this is something we are actively discussing and looking for the best way we can have these improvements as soon as we can.
3) It must have been a temporary flutter in your connections or the guests you were testing with. Please note that as with any gear test check, it only provides the results at that point in time while internet issues can occur outside of control of any platform. Having said that, I would request you to contact support@remo.co or initiate a chat with the email IDs of the accounts involved the next time to face an issue for our team to check and provide an accurate insight.
I am really glad that you met Aniket. Our entire team consists of the best of the best who have been with Remo since its inception and everyone who bought the Appsumo deal will surely know the team on a first-hand basis within a couple of months as we are highly appreciated for our dedication towards customer goals.
Please leave us a review after purchase so that other Plus Members can benefit from the LTD.
Thanks,
Hoyin
Thank you,
I am so impressed about your level of engagement and your teams response. I could tell that Aniket was excited about the product as I was.
Thank you for considering the virtual office, for me, it doesn’t have to be a huge space. Just a place where I could send clients and students when they could meet without having to create an event; it like calling Remo “Home.” I’d love to make Remo homebase. I have two small events booked for June and July so I’m really excited to try Remo in real time. I’ll leave a review and I’ll recommend you all to my friends and colleagues. I’m a board member of my professional organization and I meet a lot of professional and I love sharing amazing tools with people; I tend to be the first to try stuff. Thank you
Hi Juan and Hoyin, I have also just purchased Tier 3 (finally, like I said I would :). I also second this, and as you know there are lots of others. It's not just about cost. It's frustrating that both I and my customers will have to use two platforms to achieve our goals, which should be possible through one. I am so pleased to hear that you are considering the suggestions made by Juan and others. Thank you. Sye

Juan, Hoyin and Sye,
I've upgraded to Tier 3 as well.
Please add me to the growing chorus of voices that would like the same concept of a smaller meeting space with open office hours ala gobrunch so I can make the full switch. My other use case, which is already doable, is to host a recurring weekly session with 10-20 attendees, which I understand involves updating the date/time once a session has been completed so I can use the same meeting URL. But, yes, an evergreen "always open" space with a nice virtual floor plan for a small meeting (i.e. 1 to 2 tables max) would be great. I'm hoping Remo may consider offering floor plans for such small meetings -- I realize this is a new use case for them to ponder, which explains there are no small floor plans yet for small meetups.
Hi Kranz,
Yes, we are reviewing the use case and the best ways to support it. More to come on May 15th.
Thanks,
Hoyin
