Q: Tier 3 ramps up massively

Why does tier 3 jump up in price and features massively? I think one day we will need more than 75 participants, but I’m not prepared to pay a huge hike in price and unlock 300 attendees. Can you not release another tier and make it somewhere between the tier 2 and tier 3 price and specs?

Great question! The jump between Tier 2 and Tier 3 reflects the significant increase in participant capacity and features designed for larger-scale events.

Tier 3 pricing is low compared to the benefits and limits it offers. If you’re only looking at pricing, we could have added more tiers in between and raised the pricing for the highest tier. However, we wanted to keep the choice simple for those hosting medium to large events because, as you host more events, your audience automatically grows. We are not looking to introduce a tier in between this time around.

For occasional larger events, you can temporarily upgrade based on your requirements through our subscription plans—this provides flexibility without a permanent price jump.

Thank you for your comments. But can we buy another tier 1 or 2 and have those extras applied to our account? This would be a good alternative for us as we don’t intend to host a 300 person webinar, but we may want to do a 150 person webinar (75 x 2 or Tier 2 x 2).

Hi Oliver, unfortunately, you can have only one Tier at a time, however, you can always reach out to our team in case you need temporary upgrades but these temporary upgrades will be charged per an event basis as per our standard plan rates.
